In 2024, a small group of working women sat together after yet another day of being passed over, talked over, and undervalued. They weren't complaining — they were planning.
They had each faced something different — a salary gap they discovered by accident, a promotion that went to a less-qualified man, a recruitment scam that targeted fresh graduates, a manager whose "jokes" were anything but. But the thread connecting all their stories was the same: silence. Nobody talked about it. Nobody warned each other. And so it kept happening.
HIGH FLYER's was born from the belief that information is protection, community is power, and no woman should have to navigate her career alone. We are a non-profit, volunteer-driven, and fiercely independent — accountable only to the women we serve.
Our name says it all. Every woman has the potential to soar. We just help clear the runway.
